The Role
- Shop for, plan and prepare meals.
- Clean, cook and do laundry.

Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience and/or a minimum level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or similar related subject.
- A positive 'can do' attitude, and a willingness to actively support residents with daily living tasks.
- A warm and empathic approach.
- The ability to listen in an active and non‑judgemental manner.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- You will also need to be reliable and have access to transport that ensures swift and smooth transitions between locations in and around Leicester City and Leicestershire (45p per mile paid for use of own vehicle).
- Any offer of employment is subject to proof of right to work in the UK and two satisfactory references (one of whom should be your last or most recent employer, where applicable).
- Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced DBS check is also required.
