We are looking for a highly organised and skilled Creative Project Manager to join our team.
Location is flexible; however, the successful candidate will primarily operate out of our Capture Studio in Tamworth as shoots & filming require, and also have a presence with the account team from our London Offices (minimum 1 day per week).
In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, quoting, and managing the delivery of photographic and video shoots for one of our high-profile dedicated client accounts. You will be the dedicated point of contact for the Clients’ In-house Creative Team.
You will be responsible for immersing yourself in the client brand & products; interpreting briefs, planning critical paths, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of all photography and video shoots from start to finish, including prep days. You will also handle all post-production retouching briefs & editing requirements with relevant client and ITG internal studio stakeholders.
A positive and pro-active outlook is absolutely essential. You will help achieve optimal performance and delivery of creative alongside ITG’s best-in-class operating standards, realizing continuous improvement and building relationships.
Attending weekly triage & WIP meetings (internal & external) and coordinating PPMs as required (all parties), providing timely updates & progress reports.
This role carries no line management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to plan, cost, and coordinate all services required to deliver shoots
- Strong understanding and experience of photography
- Prior experience with videography, virtual production & Unreal (advantage)
- Experience in a creative agency environment (preferred) or Producer role in a creative production environment
- Willingness to be a hands-on Stylist if/as required
- Ability to scope and plan projects within timescales and budget
- Ability to creatively problem-solve
- Understanding of production techniques, including post-production retouching
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, creative teams, and talent
- Ability to work at pace
