ITG is looking for a strong Senior Account Manager to work within the fast-paced Dunelm Account. This role involves providing guidance and backing to the account team, working closely with the Account Director to deliver excellent customer service. Overseeing the Account Teams Project Management and working on high profile campaigns you’ll ensure adherence to timelines, processes and weekly reporting. The role involves liaising with the client, external suppliers and internal ITG departments to bring concepts and briefs to life in stores around the country. Key Responsibilities: Day to day responsibility for Production of in-store POS work in the team Project management of high profile / large campaigns Accurately managing information from the customer, formulating allocations, production and artwork briefs Producing client CPA‘s, managing timings and the successful delivery of projects First port of call for the team for production support Work closely with colleagues in supporting daily tasks with regards to workflow and best practice Supply chain management Site attendance for Store launch and Development when required. Attend press passes / QC Pack checks at suppliers as required Brief review and quoting with good commercial understanding Handle invoicing and month end tasks efficiently Provide cover for Account Director during annual leave Good time management – it’s essential that you can prioritise workload effectively Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers Good organisation with great attention to detail is key A true team player with a positive and collaborative approach Computer literate and proficient in Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects to tight deadlines. Hold a full driving licence. Work’s a treat!
