As part of the ITG creative team, this role involves creating a range of digital assets aligned with brand guidelines for use across multiple formats, including online, email, social, and affiliates. You will collaborate with your creative peers, ITG's client services team, and the client directly to support digital output.

Key skills include understanding wireframing, widget usage within parameters, responsive design, and website accessibility. A broad experience across channels and awareness of how creative appears across various platforms is advantageous.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Estimating time to deliver tasks according to your schedule
  • Working effectively under pressure during high-demand periods
  • Being flexible, proactive, and capable of developing briefs
  • Producing high-impact creative outputs suitable for each channel and aligned with brand goals
  • Staying updated on best practices and sharing insights with your team

Qualifications and experience required:

  • 3+ years in Digital or Graphic design, in agency or retail environments
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital projects across multiple devices
  • Experience with mobile responsive design and functions
  • High proficiency in Adobe CC, especially Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects is a plus
  • Experience in email design and formatting
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven
