This role offers flexibility with remote working and will require a small amount of travel to Birmingham and Kenilworth as and when required. We are looking for a Digital & CRM Junior Account Manager to join our wider ITG team, supporting a busy and growing account. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day digital marketing activities for our global agricultural client across the UK/Eire, French, Italian, German, Spanish & Polish markets, delivering digital campaigns, reviewing performance, and providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t. Additionally, you will support CRM workflows and manage data processes.

Your tasks include executing digital activities for each market, ensuring the verification, accuracy, and completeness of all digital campaigns across our Monday.com boards. You will work with the Senior Account Manager to support CRM workflows and collaborate with internal teams for each BAU campaign. The role requires commitment, resilience, project management skills, customer service delivery, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling digital briefs across all markets according to client campaign deployment dates for paid social media and WhatsApp advertising.
  • Ensuring all digital campaigns go live on time and are monitored during their campaign periods.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our internal marketing performance team and Field Marketing Consultants in each market, keeping everyone informed of progress and issues.
  • Supporting the Senior Account Manager in CRM setup, including data work, asset checking, updating workflow tickets, and liaising with internal departments.
  • Overseeing updates to our marketing portal, updating campaign calendars, and supporting BAU workflows.
  • Assisting with client monthly meetings and minute-taking.
  • Seeking opportunities to improve processes for efficient campaign management and delivery.
  • Identifying trends, measuring campaign effectiveness, and providing actionable insights.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Acting as a key client advocate.
  • Delivering key KPIs weekly.
  • Researching and providing insights for client reporting.

Candidate requirements:

  • Client-centric approach.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, especially social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp for Business).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at various stages.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, team-oriented attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and commitment to role development.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
