This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Executive who is starting out in the industry to take their next step and join the Creative client services team for one of our much-loved clients, and work for an agency who are transforming the way brands do marketing.
ITG are responsible for delivering multi-channel, creative content for huge global brands across many sectors, delivering game-changing marketing technology and connected creative services.
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Manchester client services team, to work with a high-profile client.
The Account Executive carries responsibility for day-to-day customer service delivery, operational and administrative excellence.
This role will encompass working alongside a Senior Account Manager and Account Director and having responsibility for supporting on the delivery of a variety of multi-channel jobs with different marketing and comms objectives.
- Background in a Marketing or creative agency role is preferable but not essential.
- Taking a brief from the client and formulating creative, copy, production and artwork briefs for our studio team.
- Ability to manage a busy workload varying from smaller to larger scale projects at the same time.
- Effective management of studio resource for the wider team.
- Managing client requests for quotes and updating depending on evolving requirements of the job.
- Maintain detailed job history for wash up sessions and keep track of costs to assess profitability of jobs.
- Producing client CPA‘s (timelines) with the help of the Account Director, manage timings and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
- Ability to work autonomously but also comfortable working as part of a wider team.
- Ensure any queries are responded to promptly and efficiently.
- Eye for detail with proven skills to quality check artwork ahead of sharing with QC team.
- Support colleagues with daily operations in regards to workflow and best practice.
- Ensure projects are completed and dispatched to pre-agreed schedules, right first time every time.
