Overview

We are currently on the lookout for a Scrum Master to join our team on a contract basis. Our Scrum Masters follow mature Agile methods, combining project management and Scrum Master responsibilities. Projects you deliver are enterprise-grade web-based solutions, working alongside developers, Business Analysts, and external client stakeholders such as Product Owners. Ideal candidates are hard-working, enthusiastic, and collaborative, with a good cultural fit for ITG. This role is Midlands-based with a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). We are also open to hiring remote workers in the UK, with occasional travel to the Midlands as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate sprint teams within a SCRUM framework for Agile projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects across different platforms, maintaining organization under pressure.
  • Clearly communicate and lead conversations with internal ITG teams and external clients.
  • Leverage a hybrid role background to bring project management and Scrum Master expertise, including potential experience from a digital agency/consultancy setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Agile management tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience writing functional specifications.
  • Prince2 or CSM accreditation.
  • Experience working on automotive projects.
