The Digital Engineering team, part of our Integrate pillar, are responsible for building world class, enterprise grade digital applications for high profile brands. We work with mature Agile methodologies and latest technologies. Our teams are structured to give every employee the opportunity to learn new skills, work on various projects over time and see the results in the online consumer marketplace. Joining the Digital Engineering function means you will be part of a cross-functional, product-style team, generally consisting of a Business Analyst, Scrum Master / Project Manager, Solution Architect, Lead Developers (FE and BE), Developers, and Testers (Manual and Automated).
We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst who brings Agile and Digital expertise to shape the nature of our web and e-commerce projects. Our Business Analysts work across the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and acceptance criteria creation through to development and UAT. We are open to hiring Product Owners who have experience in business analysis if you understand how a website works across both front and back end. Projects are enterprise-grade web-based solutions developed alongside developers, QA testers and external client stakeholders. You should be pragmatic and interested in new challenges and have prior experience on web and digital projects to discuss technical details and adapt to the evolving tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a cross-functional, product-style team to deliver web and e-commerce projects.
- Lead requirements gathering and define acceptance criteria; participate through the full development lifecycle from definition to UAT.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers and QA analysts to deliver solutions.
- Engage with enterprise-grade web-based projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Adapt to the evolving technology landscape and contribute to agile delivery practices.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of working as a Digital Business Analyst, including the full solutions lifecycle.
- Proven experience in writing user stories.
- Pragmatic problem solver with an inquisitive nature.
- Digitally savvy with prior experience in web/mobile applications.
- Clear and confident communicator who understands the audience in all deliverables.
- Experience working with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers & QA analysts during the product delivery lifecycle.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to challenge and question to uncover requirements and solutions.
- Calm, composed under pressure with a focus on delivery.
- Good understanding of APIs and message structures.
