We're on the hunt for an energetic and well-organised Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team. We need someone who thinks digitally first, has strong project management skills, and can juggle complex relationships across various channels. As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you'll be in charge of entire digital projects from start to finish. You'll make sure everything is delivered on time while keeping a close eye on client communication and management. You'll need to understand digital processes and client management, and be fully committed to making every project a success. You'll be the one delivering top-notch service to our clients, ensuring everything is right the first time and aligns with client contracts and ITG's KPIs. Plus, you'll be improving our ways of working and processes to boost team efficiency and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring completeness and timely delivery of briefs using platforms like Storyteq.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the main liaison between the client, creative teams, and brief owners.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget Management: Handle budget estimations and management, driving profit and efficiency, and reporting savings monthly.
  • Time Awareness: Collaborate with production and traffic management teams to align client expectations with organisational capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the client's strategy for optimal delivery.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to best practices and processes for quality-first, timely project delivery.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assist in crafting monthly performance reports for clients and senior ITG teams.
