Joining one of our largest retail client accounts on an initial 12‑month Fixed Term Contract, you’ll be a key part of our Food Transformation Programme. This role is vital in delivering a consistent, compelling in‑store experience during each store’s renewal journey. You will be the primary on‑site marketing contact and conduit between the store team, Renewal Managers, and the Renewal Marketing team, supporting retail stores in the lead‑up to launch and phase release to ensure they are ready for customers on day one. You will engage and develop store teams, ensuring the right materials, communications, and tools are in place to drive effective execution. By providing guidance and coaching, you will help colleagues build the skills and confidence needed to maintain renewal marketing standards post‑launch, future‑proofing renewals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and verify the arrival and readiness of all renewal POS materials ahead of implementation.
- Coach and support store teams on What Good Looks Like (WGLL), embedding practices that future‑proof renewals and maintain marketing standards post‑launch.
- Act as the on‑site conduit between store teams, Renewal Managers, and the Renewal Marketing team to ensure all marketing touchpoints are customer‑ready.
- Ensure the right materials, communications, and tools are in place to drive effective execution, right the first time, while providing clear feedback and sharing insights to improve processes.
- Identify and escape any barriers to delivery, ensuring quick solutions and maintaining timelines.
- Share observations and learnings to help refine the renewal marketing approach for future stores.
