ITG is growing, and we are looking for people who can help us in the delivery of our award-winning email marketing campaigns. With 3 billion emails, mobile messages, and push notifications delivered last year, and an ever-increasing client base, we need individuals who can keep up with fast-paced work while always having the client's requirements at the forefront of their mind.
You will be responsible for delivering email campaigns through multiple platforms in a fast-paced working environment, so experience with email marketing campaigns and technology is required. You may also be required to work across other customers and technology when needed.
You will be working in a deployment team that will take care of the design, HTML build, and data production for key email campaigns. You will collaborate with the Studio, eCRM Production, and the wider Client Services team to ensure all email campaigns meet the high standards we uphold and go through the full quality control process.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively liaise with the Account team for the client and solve client issues as needed.
- End-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from initial concept to deployment.
- Day-to-day customer relationship management – internal and clients directly.
- Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation.
- Construct detailed reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account.
- Liaise between the design team, data team, developers, and client team, completing briefs for each department.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign.
- Understand creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Understanding of CRM platform technology.
- Gain an excellent understanding of response-driven email marketing.
- Support monthly reporting activities in conjunction with the Account Director.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience with CRM processing and systems is required.
- Ability to manage your own time and deliver quality and accuracy with speed is essential.
- Demonstrate ability to manage client expectations and proactively resolve client issues when they occur.
- Experience within a marketing agency is ideal.
- Show an ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Relevant computer skills – proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment and demonstrate commitment to role and drive development.
- Email marketing and digital experience would be preferable.
- An analytical mind, showing an understanding of data.
