Responsible for creation and execution of creative content across all media, ensuring we tell compelling stories and get the best out of every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of an agile squad to develop and deliver creative for campaigns.
- Produce content for on and offline channels, including digital display, AV, Press, OOH, radio and partner channels.
- Integrate all creative content across all campaigns and channels as required.
- Brief and manage creative across multiple channels and formats with various agencies and production companies.
- Create and manage deliverables and production briefs for agencies.
- Develop strong relationships with multiple agencies and internal stakeholders across Co-op.
- Work closely with Content Manager and Campaign Managers to develop and plan content for campaigns.
- Manage execution of creative; ensuring that all creative is delivering against the campaign idea and Co-op’s brand guidelines.
- Be a point of contact for other channel leads on creative and production for campaigns.
- Manage photography and motion shoots with agencies and production teams including working on ordering samples, signing off with senior stakeholders, and attending shoots.
- Work closely with team on ensuring budgets are correct and content is produced in an efficient manner that delivers ROI.
- Provide peer to peer coaching to develop a creative team that results in a campaign and content team that is responsive, flexible and multi-skilled.
- Continuously improve creative to make it the best it can be to deliver marketing outcomes and native to channel, including keeping an eye on the market and channels for best practice.
- Track timings for production and creative development and work closely with campaign lead to ensure deadlines are hit.
- Manage approvals to go through various stakeholders internally and externally, including being able to confidently present work to stakeholders of all levels.
- Track projects and creatives within various documents and presentation decks to showcase work.
- Build a network within Co-op and work effectively with various teams to deliver marketing objectives.
- Recommend what creative is best to be native to channel.
- Recommend solutions for production of assets to fit with creative briefs.

Qualifications
- Strong ability and experience of creating high quality, compelling and relevant creative content.
- Experience of creating content for multiple channels across multi-channel ecosystem.
- Passion for creative – creative flair and judgement of what will/won’t work.
- Production experience in a TTL marketing capacity.
- Knowledge of media and marketing channels.
- Experience in managing agencies and delivering with them against tight deadlines.
- Ability to challenge e.g. on direction or costs.
- Strong personal interest in creative and advertising trends.
- Evidence of self-development and growth mindset with desire to learn more creative techniques over time.
- Experience of peer coaching and developing others through sharing expertise.
- Familiar and comfortable working in agile and matrix teams/squads.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills to stakeholders of all levels internally and externally to the business.
