We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing multiple campaigns and projects together. You’ll be detail-oriented, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, and passionate about ensuring marketing activity runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns and content across M&S Fashion, Home & Beauty. Working closely with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and Production teams, you’ll coordinate campaign activity, create and manage briefs and trackers, oversee shoot preparation and logistics, manage product samples, and support the artwork and imagery approval process. Acting as a key point of coordination across teams, you’ll ensure all assets, information and products are delivered accurately and on time, helping projects stay on track and meet critical path deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sample management, delivery of pre- and post-shoot production and the asset and artwork approval process
  • Supporting the delivery of international shoots in regards to samples and pre shoot production including carnet preparation
  • Coordinating styling sessions, including sample preparation and organisation
  • Creating and managing shoot sheets, select packs, asset packs and instore marketing trackers
  • Supporting partnership campaigns and larger campaign shoots
  • Providing flexible support across multiple Business Units based on business priorities
  • Responding to ad hoc marketing requests and changing Business requirements
  • Supporting the marketing exec team to ensure continuity of delivery during periods of peak activity or team absence
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with multiple senior Marketing stakeholders and have regular progress catchups on project statuses
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with confidence to talk to multiple stakeholders of various seniorities across ITG & M&S
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Able to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across multiple Business Units and projects
  • You’ll be an organised individual, with an attention to detail and interest in processes, efficiencies and smarter working where possible
  • Proactive and collaborative team player
  • You can demonstrate that you’re a quick learner
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Shoot / Retail experience, as well a good understanding of shoots, sample management and production would be an asset
  • Finally, you understand the importance of customer service, you’ll be working alongside our client and delivery is paramount
