12-Month Fixed Term Contract. To own and deliver Point of Sale (POS) fixturisation projects end‑to‑end, ensuring best‑in‑class execution across stores. The role is responsible for creating and operationally managing permanent POS stock and supporting new store and refit programmes – ensuring all stores have the right assets at the right time. The role supports the Superdrug Shopper Marketing Manager in contributing to joined‑up 360 marketing plans that drive awareness and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Permanent POS and Fixturisation
    • Owns permanent projects end‑to‑end from the initial project outset, creative approvals, organising quantities and allocations, range review refreshes, and delivery, ensuring clear communication to stores and execution as expected.
    • Beauty Playground – monthly promotional POS cladding on tables and gondola ends, liaising with brands and buyers to create these with 3D POS agencies.
    • Next Big Thing projects.
    • Category POS refreshes e.g. fragrance headers, hair colourants stripping.
    • Trending trays info panels quarterly updates – utilising insights to devise new copy that excites customers and delivering this to stores.
    • New projects determined by business requirements – understand asks from the outset and create new solutions as needed.
    • Fixturisation – liaise with relevant teams to create creative concepts and support landing this at stores.
    • Attend quarterly director walkthrough review meetings.
    • Work closely with 2D and various 3D agencies to deliver the POS required.
  • Stock
    • Check stock weekly to ensure sufficient levels for stores to order and for new store openings/refits, replenishing as needed within budget.
    • Ensure promotional POS are updated and added to the list.
    • Work with DHL to maintain and refresh 3D structures as necessary.
    • Oversee the dummy cards process.
    • Check two allocation reports per monthly event to keep new stores, refits, and closures up‑to‑date and ensure all stores receive relevant promotional POS.
  • Budgets
    • Ensure all projects remain within budgets and costs are clearly communicated to relevant teams.
    • Raise purchase orders and log all costs in the tracker in a timely manner.
  • International Beauty
    • Produce promotional POS per event.
    • Collate and own permanent fixture POS for phased roll‑outs.
    • Support the marketing manager with plans across the wider marketing teams to drive awareness and conversion.
    • Support the team where needed, including store visits for opening and audit checks.
  • New Stores
    • Support the team where needed, including store visits for opening and audit checks.
    • Travel may be required for new store visits and audit checks, along with supporting projects within the UK.
