This is an exciting opportunity to support the coordination and organisation of window production across all M&S Fashion, Home & Beauty stores. Working closely with the Account Manager, Account Director, and M&S stakeholders, you will support the delivery of campaigns and day-to-day activity, managing projects of varying scale from initial creative development through to final delivery and/or installation. This role is highly people-focused, requiring close collaboration with clients and internal ITG teams while maintaining excellent working relationships across all stakeholders. A positive and proactive approach is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will support the delivery of high operating standards while contributing to continuous improvement across projects and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support across all projects, assisting with distribution lists and briefing processes using ITG's technology platforms
- Maintain the store database, managing updates and amendments through regular monthly review meetings
- Manage approvals and resolve any file-related issues throughout all stages of a project
- Support the development of bespoke window sample elements to achieve final approval
- Attend regular store and supplier visits to ensure window compliance and quality control standards are maintained
- Attend mock shop sessions, supporting with set-up, presentations, feedback, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
- Support general day-to-day administration tasks, alongside ad hoc requests and projects
Finance Management
- Support overall campaign and packaging cost management in line with budgets agreed by the M&S finance team for the financial year
- Verify studio artwork estimates and actual costs
- Verify production estimates and actual costs
- Manage PO requisitions and invoicing processes
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- A basic understanding of creative processes and marketing principles would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role or internship is desirable, but not essential
- Ideally, you will come from a retail background
