ITG is growing, and we are looking for people who can help us in the delivery of our award-winning email marketing campaigns. With 3 billion emails, mobile messages, and push notifications delivered last year, and an ever-increasing client base, we need individuals who can keep up with a fast-paced work environment while always prioritising the client's requirements.
You will be responsible for working closely with the CRM team to deliver email campaigns across a number of customers. You will be part of a Customer Service team that delivers email design, HTML build of email campaigns, QC procedures and testing, and full deployment. Collaboration with the Studio and eCRM Production is essential to ensure all email campaigns meet our high standards and go through the full quality control process before deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively liaise with the client’s marketing team on all email campaigns.
- End-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from initial concept to deployment.
- Day-to-day customer relationship management – internal and clients directly.
- Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation.
- Construct detailed reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account.
- Liaise between the design team, data team, developers, and client team, completing briefs for each department.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign.
- Understand creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Have an understanding of CRM platform technology.
- Gain an excellent understanding of response-driven email marketing.
- Be customer-centric and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience with CRM processing and systems is preferable.
- Manage your own time and deliver quality and accuracy at pace.
- Demonstrate ability to manage client expectations and proactively resolve client issues.
- Experience within a marketing agency is ideal.
- Show an ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Relevant computer skills – proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.
- Email marketing and digital experience would be preferable.
- Have an analytical mind and understanding of data.
