Our Digital Engineering team at ITG are responsible for building world class, enterprise grade digital applications for high profile brands. Joining the Digital Engineering function would see you work as part of a cross-functional, product style team, generally consisting of a Business Analyst, Scrum Master / Project Manager, Solution Architect, Lead Developers (FE and BE), Developers, and Testers (Manual and Automated).
We are actively seeking talented Graduate level candidates to join our awe-inspiring team as a Global Web Forms Coordinator. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for recent Graduates (ideally in the Computer Science related subjects) to join the team at an entry level. Whilst we are happy to consider recent Graduates, it would be ideal if you can bring to the table a year’s industrial placement experience, where you have worked with web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
Hires in this space are typically promoted into Project Management and Scrum Mastery fields, although other options remain available to outstanding candidates in due course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building, developing and configuring new forms to support Global product information and product launches
- Authoring content using specific CMS tools and platforms
- Configuring the form(s) and its services in a CMS application to perform certain defined types of functionality
- Support the end to end testing across the main integration points
- Monitor submissions and failures to flag issues and work on implementing a fix and raising the issue if unable to fix
- Act as 1st Line support for all issues (integration and content)
- Advise third parties on best practice use of the platforms and consult where required to ensure standards are maintained
- Maintain tracking documents for specific projects and report on the status/progress
- Report and escape any issues with project delivery where required
- Attend weekly prioritisation and backlog grooming sessions
Requirements:
- Understanding the technology and applications for which documentation is to be prepared
- Gathering and analysing information
- Working on and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding the importance of Quality Assurance and applying QA methods and techniques
- Understanding responsive front end web technology techniques and how they need to adjust based upon viewports
- Excellent interpersonal and strong organisational skills are essential, as the role demands you to work closely with third party companies and key stakeholders
