We’re looking for a multi‑skilled and motivated Midweight Brand Guardian to join our creative team, working across FMCG or retail brands. With around 3–5 years’ experience, you’ll be dedicated to supporting a portfolio of well‑known brands, taking ownership of brand guardianship and the day‑to‑day creative output across both print and digital channels. This role suits someone with a sharp eye for detail who enjoys working at pace, thrives in a fast‑moving creative environment, and takes pride in delivering consistently on‑brand work. You’ll work closely with creative, client service and operations teams, and confidently collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, compliant creative across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output is fully compliant with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Deliver day‑to‑day creative artwork across print and digital channels.
  • Support multiple brands concurrently, managing priorities and tight SLAs.
  • Work closely with creative, client service and operations teams to deliver work efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaise with and present work to client teams, building strong working relationships.
  • Maintain a meticulous approach to detail, accuracy and quality control across all outputs.
  • Build and supply files to best‑practice standards for production and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively across locations, including hybrid and cross‑site creative teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in a fast‑paced creative or design environment.
  • Strong experience working on FMCG, retail or similar branded accounts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are essential.
  • Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and brand compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Confident working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
