We are looking for an organised, proactive Marketing or Creative Graduate to join us as an Account Executive to join our dedicated Nando's account team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their account management or client services career who enjoys variety, fast‑paced delivery, and working with a high‑profile brand.
As Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Nando's account. From business‑as‑usual activity to campaigns, Print on Demand (POD), menu launches, refurbishments and new store openings, you will help ensure work is accurately briefed, tracked, and delivered on time.
Working closely with Account Managers, the Account Director, internal studio and technology teams, and external suppliers, you will help keep operations running efficiently while delivering a consistently high level of client service.
What you will be doing in this role is to support the Nando's account across various activities and delivery streams, ensuring high standards of client service and timely execution.
Responsibilities- Account & client support
- Supporting the Account Director and Account Managers with day‑to‑day account activity
- Delivering reliable, high‑quality customer service and helping maintain strong client relationships
- Escalating risks, issues, or queries to the appropriate Account Manager in a timely way
- Supporting the setup, processing, tracking, and delivery of BAU, campaign, and POD work
- Managing artwork, print, and technology‑enabled projects through to delivery
- Supporting new store openings and refurbishment activity as required
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed critical paths and timelines
- Validating client‑supplied information to ensure briefs are accurate and complete
- Coordinating clear and accurate briefs into internal production, studio, tech, and supplier teams
- Raising and managing job requests within internal systems, ensuring all information is logged correctly
- Maintaining accurate WIP tracking to support visibility and on‑time delivery
- Carrying out basic quality control checks prior to delivery
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth, efficient delivery
- Making sure client communications are clearly understood, actioned, and followed through internally
- Providing day‑to‑day support on ITG platforms and systems
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting, queries, and guidance around account tools and workflows

Requirements- Experience in a marketing, agency, or client services environment
