We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of installation projects, manage quotations, oversee teamwork allocation, and establish robust project management processes. This role is central to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Whilst some digital signage experience would be good, it is not necessary; in position, training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation Project Management
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all digital signage projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop detailed project timelines, resource allocation plans, and critical path analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and ensure profitability targets are met.
- External Supplier Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with installation contractors, hardware suppliers, and logistics providers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to optimise costs and service quality.
- Track supplier performance and ensure contractual compliance.
- Address supplier issues and manage escalations promptly.
- Project Quotations
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations based on technical specifications and client requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, procurement, Account teams) to gather costing information.
- Manage the quotation-to-contract conversion process.
- Track quotation success rates and margins to inform continuous improvement.
- Scheduling and Team Work Allocation
- Develop and manage installation schedules aligned with client requirements and resource availability.
- Allocate internal and external teams efficiently across multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage scheduling conflicts and optimise resource utilisation.
- Communicate schedules and expectations clearly to all stakeholders.
- Track actual vs. planned timelines and adjust as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven Project management experience.
- Proven experience managing installation projects with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
- A good understanding of digital signage, AV systems, or similar technology implementations.
- Demonstrated expertise in quotation development, cost estimation, and budget management.
- Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Experience in establishing and managing external supplier relationships.
- Proven ability to design and implement business processes.
