Key Responsibilities
- Working with developers to design the authoring interface of components and pages within AEM.
- Working with the QA team to ensure they have sufficient content to test new functionality within our sites.
- Working with designers and copywriters to ensure assets and content are sufficient for new functionality.
- Creating authoring guides to ensure new functionality is able to be used easily by other content editors.
Requirements
- Good understanding of web based technologies and best practices.
- Understanding the technology and applications for which documentation is to be prepared.
- Gathering and analysing information.
- Working on and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great attention to detail.
- Understanding the importance of Quality Assurance and applying QA methods and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong organisational skills are essential, as the role demands you to work closely with third party companies and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver projects within the agreed timelines.
- Highly organised, personable and approachable.
- Confident, flexible, self-starter.
- Prior experience in AEM or other web based content management system is a "nice to have" but not essential!
