We’re seeking a proactive and creative individual to join the Heineken account as a Brand Guardian. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping impactful creative projects, driving new opportunities, and building strong relationships across markets. You’ll collaborate closely with the Account Director and the Global team on high level initiatives, and guide the team in delivering work that is fully aligned with brand guidelines. Success in this position requires sharp attention to detail, strong leadership, and a passion for creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative project lead within the account
- Supporting other team members when briefing creative activations from a brand and process point of view
- Be the one point of call for our CMP technology from a brand side
- Ensure all campaigns and visuals delivered are fit for purpose
- Lead training sessions on our technology
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Consistency enforcement
- Brand consultancy
- Lead brand Immersion sessions for all campaigns
- Support the team on overflow BTL projects when capacity is high
Qualifications
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Efficient level of excel, keynote and powerpoint skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Agency marketing expertise
- Understanding cross channel departments within ITG
- Highly motivated and ambitious client handling skills
- Strong planning and workload balancing skills
- Ability to deliver brief to studio teams
- Understanding of writing a content artwork or digital brief and outputs needed
- Ability to create and provide detailed operational reports when requested
