As Brand Designer within the Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving the Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) brand. This is a hands‑on role with the opportunity to influence how ITG shows up across all internal and external touchpoints. You will help ensure a consistent and engaging visual brand presence, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful and well‑executed design. You will work closely with a copywriter and global marketing teams, contributing to B2B creative output while helping maintain high standards across all brand work. As a conceptual designer, you will bring ideas from initial thinking through to final delivery, ensuring work is both creative and effective. You will translate briefs and brand direction into creative outputs, working across a range of assets including social content (LinkedIn & Instagram), web pages, presentations, reports, campaign collateral, print and merchandise. Working with marketing colleagues, account teams and senior stakeholders, you will help ensure all work is aligned, well executed and on brand.
Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with a copywriter and wider marketing team to deliver integrated work
- Design for ITG’s website and be trained to edit and update visual content within the CMS, including images and page assets
- Design across the wider business, supporting brand needs such as internal communications, events, and other initiatives
- Build strong relationships across teams and confidently collaborate with new and senior stakeholders
- Help ensure all content reflects ITG as a great place to work and a strong business partner
- Manage your workload effectively across multiple projects
- Maintain attention to detail and support quality control across deliverables
Mandatory Requirements
- You will have experience working as a conceptual designer (B2B or B2C), with the ability to translate brand guidelines and briefs into clear, engaging, and effective creative output.
- You will demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and creative approach, supported by a portfolio that shows your ability to deliver across a variety of projects and channels.
- You must have a strong understanding of brand and apply it consistently across multiple channels.
- You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and be comfortable using Figma for digital design and collaboration.
- You will be collaborative, open, and enthusiastic about working with cross‑functional teams.
- You will be confident engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- You will be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
