Key Responsibilities

  • Working with developers to design the authoring interface of components and pages within AEM.
  • Working with the QA team to ensure they have sufficient content to test new functionality within our sites.
  • Working with designers and copywriters to ensure assets and content are sufficient for new functionality.
  • Creating authoring guides to ensure new functionality is able to be used easily by other content editors.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of web based technologies and best practices.
  • Understanding the technology and applications for which documentation is to be prepared.
  • Gathering and analysing information.
  • Working on and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Understanding the importance of Quality Assurance and applying QA methods and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong organisational skills are essential, as the role demands you to work closely with third party companies and key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects within the agreed timelines.
  • Highly organised, personable and approachable.
  • Confident, flexible, self-starter.
  • Prior experience in AEM or other web based content management system is a "nice to have" but not essential!
