Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Optical & Audiology
Salary & Commission
- Basic salary: £30,000‑£40,000 (DOE)
- Uncapped, market‑leading commission

Live vacancies, repeat clients, and an engaged candidate network are already in place – you won’t start from scratch. Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment cycle for Optical & Audiology roles.
- Advise and build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Deliver quality outcomes and achieve target commission.
