We're working with a large, well-established hearing care company looking for a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist to join their team covering a localised territory across South East London and the surrounding Kent area. This is a varied position combining clinic-based appointments with work across a small number of local sites, offering a good balance between having an established base and some variety throughout your working week. You’ll be joining a business with a strong focus on quality hearing care, personalised solutions and ongoing patient aftercare, backed by the resources and support of a larger organisation.

The Role
As a Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of hearing care and supporting patients throughout their hearing journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out comprehensive hearing assessments
- Discussing individual hearing needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Fitting and programming hearing aids
- Providing ongoing rehabilitation, adjustments and aftercare
- Building strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Managing a combination of clinic-based and local appointments
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Working towards achievable commercial objectives while keeping patient care at the centre of every appointment

To be considered, you'll need to be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist and appropriately registered to practise in the UK. We're looking for somebody who is:
