This role is for someone with a minimum of one years’ experience as an Optical Assistant who can dispense to all levels on a full-time permanent basis only.
Optical Assistant Position
This group of opticians are a non-testing business and focus on dispensing spectacles to a wide range, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
They provide a relaxing environment with friendly qualified staff to help make the important decision of how to look and feel good in a choice of eyewear.
A strong range of optical and sunglass frames collections are available.
This very well-appointed, open, and airy traditional practice is situated in an excellent location with a strong client base.
Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant
You will be dispensing spectacles to all levels, helping with frames selection as well as managing collections. On top of the sales and shop floor duties, you will be required to help with reception and admin duties as this is a small team where everyone plays an integral part in the overall success of the business.
Requirements of the Optical Assistant
To apply for this position, you need to have at least 12 months of optical experience and must be able to dispense spectacles to all levels.
You will be a strong communicator who is able to make sales and ensure quality customer service.
On offer is a full time role working 9:30am to 5pm, 5-days per week at 12.71 per hour as well as a team related bonus scheme (approx. 80- 100 per month) and a long-term opportunity within a well-established, family orientated & friendly group?
You will work Mondays to Saturdays with a day off in the week and Sundays off.
