Salary: Up to 32,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week – No late nights, No Sundays, No Bank Holidays

Your Day-to-Day:

” Managing all aspects of the store’s daily operations.
” Overseeing a busy diary, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
” Handling customer queries and issues with confidence and professionalism.
” Dispensing glasses, offering frame styling advice, and performing pre-screening tasks.
” Coordinating and managing appointments – store tests 4 days a week.
” Opening and closing the store securely.

About You:

” GOC registered and a qualified Dispensing Optician.
” Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus.
” Confident, customer-focused, and able to think on your feet.
” A true team player who can motivate and support colleagues.
” Strong personal work ethic with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
