Leading from the front – dispensing daily while managing staff and operations.

Overseeing rotas, stock control, merchandising, and compliance.

Driving commercial results in an NHS-focused practice with scope for private upsells.

Building, mentoring, and motivating a small, supportive team.

Qualifications

A GOC-registered DO or a strong, experienced dispenser with leadership potential.

Hands-on, approachable, and commercially aware.

A confident communicator who can balance patient care with business goals.
