A well-established independent practice around Hemel Hempstead is looking to welcome an experienced Dispensing Optician (open to an experienced Optical Assistant) into the team. The owner is looking to free up time to focus on opening additional sites, making this an important appointment for the future growth of the business.

- Independent, high-end clinical practice on the high street
- Two testing rooms with 45-minute testing times
- Strong clinical focus including dry eye and health monitoring clinics
- Low volume, high value dispensing (average frames £300–£400)
- Monthly turnover circa £60–70K
- Currently undergoing major investment into new technology
- Working with premium Zeiss lenses and advanced equipment

- You’ll be joining a small, experienced and supportive team
- 3 Optometrists, 1 DO and reception support

The Role
Full-time position within a busy but comfortable-paced practice. Your responsibilities will include:
