Overview

Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care is expanding its audiology division across Surrey. This position offers a chance to influence service development and deliver high‑quality, patient‑focused care in a supportive environment.

Locations

The multi‑site role covers Banstead, Purley, Croydon, Bookham, and Caterham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting full hearing assessments
  • Fitting, programming, and verifying hearing aids
  • Providing aftercare and ongoing patient support
  • Building strong, long‑term patient relationships
  • Delivering a high standard of person‑centred care
  • Supporting service development and contributing ideas
  • Travelling between practices across Surrey

Microsuction experience is desirable but not essential – training can be provided.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified and HCPC‑registered Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (or pending)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to new ways of working
  • Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
  • Full UK driving licence
