The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the practice. You’ll be supporting patients throughout their journey, from welcoming them into the practice through to dispensing frames and lenses, making adjustments, and assisting with collections and aftercare. The successful candidate will be confident working in a busy practice environment and comfortable delivering high standards of customer service.
