We\’re working with a global, mass-market, innovative children\’s publisher to recruit their new UK Sales Manager/ Head of UK Sales. Our client publishes a range of sticker books, sound, activity books, board books, and more, that entertain and engage young readers between the ages of 3 – 8. Their books are designed to be fun and appealing to a wide audience and are truly accessible with their price tag!
This is a remote role, to be based anywhere in the UK. Our client is keen to find someone has a growth mindset, someone who is driven by success, excellent at building relationships and of course have a strong network of buyers across the mass market retailers ideally like:

As the UK Sales Manager or Head of Sales, you will be a key player in driving sales growth and expanding market presence throughout the UK and potentially across other export markets. Your mission will be to open the right doors, get in front of key buyers, and close deals that boost revenue. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within publishing, preferably in children\’s books. You should possess strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to open doors and close deals. Experience in team leadership and sales strategy development, along with a solid understanding of the UK book market, is essential. A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
