As the UK Sales Manager or Head of Sales, you will be a key player in driving sales growth and expanding market presence throughout the UK and potentially across other export markets. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling to mass market discount retailers, preferably in children\βs books. You should possess strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to open doors and close deals. Experience in sales strategy development for mass market retail with a strong network of buyer contacts, along with a solid understanding of the UK book market, is essential. A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
