We are delighted to be partnering with a globally respected education organisation to appoint a Marketing Manager for Assessment Brand and Campaigns. This role offers a genuine opportunity to make a real impact and offers hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in the Oxford office) and excellent benefits. This high-impact, international role within English language assessment is responsible for shaping brand strategy and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for globally recognised assessment products. The focus is on driving brand awareness, preference and adoption across institutions, language schools and international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of global campaigns, from insight and concept through to execution, optimisation and reporting, while supporting localisation across priority regions.
  • Own brand strategy and messaging, ensure consistency across all channels and materials, and develop compelling content and sales enablement assets that support recognition and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, research and recognition teams; partner with regional offices, creative agencies and key internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience as a brand marketer with strong strategic thinking and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns.
  • Backgrounds in education, assessment, edtech or related international sectors are particularly well suited; broad brand marketing experience will also be considered.
