We are delighted to be partnering with a long-established educational publisher to recruit a self-motivated Sales & Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving the international growth of their ELT and K-12 product portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong commercial experience, ideally in ELT, K-12 or educational publishing, who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role offers hybrid working (London), or potentially remote (in the UK) for the right candidate.
In this newly created role, you will act as both a market-facing sales consultant and a product champion, with a clear emphasis on sales. You will build and strengthen relationships with schools and distributors across Europe and internationally, support product launches from concept through to go to market, and contribute to shaping the organisation's evolving international strategy. While the primary focus will be ELT, the portfolio also includes resources for international K-12 schools.
We are looking for someone who brings real drive, commercial curiosity and enthusiasm for growth. You may be early in your career, but you will already have solid experience in sales (and/or marketing), strong communication skills, a proactive outlook and relevant market insight across ELT or international K-12 publishing. If you thrive in a varied role, enjoy working collaboratively across markets and are excited by the challenge of helping to elevate a brand worldwide, this could be an outstanding next move.
