- Monitoring performance across social and web channels using GA4, LinkedIn Analytics, and other tools
- Producing monthly performance summaries and identifying actionable insights
- Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to bring new creative ideas to life and support campaign execution
Who We’re Looking for:
- Direct experience working within academic publishing or scholarly communications (essential)
- Strong graphic design and video-editing skills, with a portfolio of polished digital content
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, ideation, and workflow efficiency
- Confidence using Canva/Adobe, Mailerlite, Go High Level, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools
- Understanding of GEO/SEO principles and how content interacts with LLM-driven search
- Experience working with analytics dashboards such as GA4 and LinkedIn Analytics
- Excellent copywriting skills and the confidence to present creative ideas internally
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, comfortable working remotely in a part-time role
Why This Role?
You’ll be joining a mission-driven company that supports publishers, editors, and scholarly organisations. This is a chance to contribute creatively to a growing marketing function, work closely with experienced leadership, and help shape how the brand shows up across the academic publishing landscape.
