We are delighted to be working with a globally recognised professional membership body to recruit a Learning Partnership and Licensing Lead. This role will support the growth of their professional development and learning portfolio through strategic partnerships and licensing agreements. This is a hybrid role based in Central London, with three days in the office and two days working from home, and offers a salary of up to Β£40k plus excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage learning partnerships and licensing agreements
- Identify opportunities to expand the learning portfolio
- Build strong relationships with educational and content partners
- Monitor partner performance and support continuous improvement
- Work with internal teams to support product development and launch plans
- Use insights and data to inform partnership decisions
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in licensing, partnerships or business development within professional learning, corporate training or EdTech. You will bring confidence in managing relationships, be comfortable with detail, and be motivated by improving access to high-quality learning resources. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills are essential, along with a solutions-focused, collaborative mindset.
