Inspired Search is proudly partnering with a highly reputable Society's knowledge business at a pivotal moment in their transformation journey, to secure a newly created role of Sales & Marketing Director. This will be working from their Central London office on a hybrid basis.

Our client's purpose and mission is to empower health professionals worldwide to make confident, evidence-based decisions about medicines, and as they enter a new chapter of their evolution as an organisation, they are seeking new commercial leadership.

With this in mind, we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead both their sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth for a new portfolio of data-led digital products. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape and execute the commercial aspects of their business plan, optimise structure and performance, and champion innovation.

Success will require proven expertise in launching innovative products and navigating new markets, data licensing, and experience introducing technologies to enhance efficiency and market penetration. Executive-level sales leadership, marketing strategy, team leadership and stakeholder influence are essential.

This is a senior leadership role with significant impact: you will lead a high-performing team, have budget management responsibility, and work closely with the leadership team to deliver ambitious targets within a highly values-oriented business culture.
