We have a brilliant opportunity for a Head of Licensing to join our client, a leading independent publisher, based in the heart of London - they are renowned as market leaders in adult and children's Christian books. Offering a hybrid and highly flexible working model and excellent benefits, they are looking for a commercial, customer driven Head of Licensing to play a key role in maximising licensing sales across all their titles.

The Head of Licensing will manage one direct report and be responsible for selling subsidiary rights including English Language and translation rights to publishers across the globe. You will develop strategy, proactively seek out new customers and new business, showcase strong market research and maintain exceptional existing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in international book publishing, a solid understanding of the rights sales process and exceptional skills in b2b customer relationship building.
