We are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in the English language assessment sector as they embark on a major phase of growth and transformation. They are now seeking a Global Assessment Operations Director, a senior leader who can drive operational excellence across a complex, international operation and help shape a future-focused assessment portfolio.
The role offers an excellent salary and benefits package, as well as hybrid working, requiring 2 days per week in the company's Oxford office. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full operational lifecycle of a global testing business, ensuring processes are efficient, secure, and capable of supporting expansion into new regions. You will champion continuous improvement, embed automation and AI-driven efficiencies, and build consistent global standards that enable high-stakes assessment delivery at scale.
