Are you an experienced Product Director, immediately available and looking for your next challenge? We have a fantastic role for a Director of Product on a 7 month parental leave cover FTC to join our client, a non-profit organisation in the financial sector based in London on a hybrid basis 2 days a week, with the remaining days at home. This is a strategic role, managing 5 direct reports and overseeing all product management and delivery for their digital product offering.

In this role, you will take ownership of all earned revenue product lines and lead a team of five Product Managers. You will help refine product market fit, reach new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones. You will also play a key part in shaping licensing products and improving the overall experience across all product lines.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leading product development, growth and delivery across all products
  • Analysing markets and identifying ways to evolve products to meet customer needs
  • Collecting and reviewing product feedback to guide future development
  • Overseeing the use of CRM tools to support revenue growth and client relationships
  • Ensuring products meet client expectations and new clients receive the support they need
  • Working with marketing teams to position products clearly and attract interest
  • Managing renewal processes for membership, licensing and digital subscriptions
Requirements / Qualifications:

This role will suit someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on leadership. This role will require the ability to be organised, calm under pressure and confident managing several priorities at once. You will bring strong product management experience, a clear approach to problem solving and a genuine interest in building products that serve a real purpose. Experience with licensing, membership products or digital subscriptions is helpful, and an interest in sustainability or the financial sector would be beneficial.
