About you:

The preferred candidate will ideally come with some experience of working in an office environment and an interest in supporting an ambitious and dynamic design team. Working closely with the Publishing Services Manager, the Project Coordinator will work in a varied, administrative role - and will have excellent organisation, prioritisation and coordination skills. You will need to be highly adaptable, able to shift priorities based on the team's needs and be comfortable working across a busy team, often coordinating multiple suppliers and projects at once.

The Role:

The Project Coordinator will fundamentally be responsible for supporting the publishing services department with non-design tasks including picture research, commissioning of artwork or media, project administration and overall maintaining a very high quality across all of their projects. This role will also have responsibility for checking permissions, making editorial corrections where required and showcasing an ability to be super organised with an eagle eye attention to detail.

Our client is really open to experience; this could be someone looking to take on their very first role, or someone who has a little more experience and is excited about the opportunity to work for an innovative and ambitious business. The culture is highly supportive and they are very happy to train someone up in this role as long as that individual comes with a desire to learn, a focus on excellence, a can-do attitude and a drive to work hard and learn their craft.
