About You:
You will bring solid skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and a genuine enthusiasm for learning the technical foundations of publishing design. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys problem solving, consistency, and precision just as much as creativity. You may come from another agency, an in-house design team, or a recent internship, but you will be eager to grow, take feedback, and develop both technically and creatively.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to shifting client needs, and take pride in delivering high quality work to deadline.
The Role:
As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with Senior Designers and a Design Manager to produce high quality educational materials. A significant part of the role involves technical layout work, including:
- Taking Word manuscripts and laying them out across multi-page documents using InDesign
- Applying template styles, typographic rules and formatting consistently
- Ensuring new components align visually with existing products in a series
- Making proof corrections and preparing files for production
Once the technical layout is complete, you will also have opportunities to contribute creatively, refining designs, suggesting improvements, and supporting work on covers, marketing materials, digital assets and course components.
This agency values curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn. They can teach the technical processes; what they are looking for is someone with a creative eye, strong fundamentals, and a problem solving mindset.
If you are excited to build a long term design career in a supportive, high quality environment, we would love to hear from you. Apply now and attach your CV.
