About the Role
As a Science Editor, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dedicated editorial and marketing plan to grow scientist engagement, build brand awareness, and support sales and sponsorship opportunities. You will work across a wide range of scientific disciplines, from life sciences to applied and analytical chemistry, producing multi‑format content for an international community of over 250,000 scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and deliver compelling content, including news stories, expert interviews, buying guides, webinars, and more
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to meet KPIs and support business development
- Build strong relationships with scientists, societies, and manufacturers to grow the brand's reach
- Attend international conferences and industry events to develop contacts and generate content
- Manage marketing activities aimed at increasing user engagement and platform membership
- Analyse content performance and report on key metrics, including downloads and engagement

About You
