Quadient Experience? We'd Love to Hear From You. We're seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong Quadient expertise to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone currently working in Application Support , or a Developer with significant Quadient experience who is looking to move into a broader technical support and business systems role. You'll become a key part of the team responsible for supporting and enhancing business-critical applications, ensuring users receive a first-class service and that core systems remain stable, available, and effective.
About the Role As our Application Support Engineer, you'll provide second-line support for a range of business-critical applications and services, with a particular focus on Quadient solutions.
Working closely with colleagues, end users, and third-party suppliers, you'll troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, support upgrades, and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd Line Application Support for business-critical systems and applications.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
Support, maintain, and enhance Quadient-based solutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver effective resolutions.
Manage incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Contribute to application upgrades, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Help ensure the stability, availability, and performance of key business systems.
