Are you an experienced Technical Account Manager or Project Manager? Do you work within one of the Customer Communications, Print, Email Service Provider or Marketing Services sectors? Then this is a great opportunity for you to work for one of the UK’s top Customer Communications & CX Service Providers. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and project management for a major Financial Services client, enhancing their reputation for outstanding service delivery.

As a key member of their dynamic client-facing team, you will:

  • Manage Multiple Projects: Efficiently handle several projects simultaneously, adapting to changing scopes with confidence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Translate client campaign objectives into actionable briefs, ensuring data and communications content work harmoniously to achieve optimal customer outcomes.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaign projects across both page-based and digital media channels.

This is predominantly a remote role, with visits to their offices in the South West of England once a month, after spending your first week on-site.
