In this role, you’ll be the technical powerhouse behind our presales activity delivering standout product demos, crafting solution proposals that close deals, and capturing requirements that drive real innovation. What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-impact product demos that excite clients and uncover new opportunities
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements and solution proposals
- Lead the technical conversation in bids, tenders, and strategic opportunities
- Work with Product and Change Delivery to scope effort and shape deliverables
- Spot market trends and identify gaps that influence our product roadmap
- Build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of customer communications and/or digital transformation
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Pre-Sales or Solutions Consultant role
- Confidence presenting, demoing, and handling objections
- Experience producing clear technical documentation and solution designs
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Basic understanding of pricing and financial considerations
