expertise to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone currently working in
Application Support , or a
Developer with significant Quadient experience
who is looking to move into a broader technical support and business systems role. You'll become a key part of the team responsible for supporting and enhancing business-critical applications, ensuring users receive a first-class service and that core systems remain stable, available, and effective. About the Role
As our Application Support Engineer, you'll provide second-line support for a range of business-critical applications and services, with a particular focus on Quadient solutions. Working closely with colleagues, end users, and third-party suppliers, you'll troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, support upgrades, and contribute to continuous service improvements. Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd Line Application Support for business-critical systems and applications. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues. Support, maintain, and enhance Quadient-based solutions. Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver effective resolutions. Manage incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs. Identify opportunities for system and process improvements. Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Contribute to application upgrades, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Help ensure the stability, availability, and performance of key business systems. What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience
? Strong commercial experience with
Quadient ? Experience in one of the following: Application Support Technical Support Software Development Systems Support ? Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ? Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities ? Experience working within an IT Service Desk or incident management environment ? Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Desirable Technical Skills
Experience with some of the following technologies would be advantageous: .NET Framework C# SQL / T-SQL APIs & Integrations Why Join Us?
