Health, Safety & Environment (SHE) Manager
Location: Leicester or Huddersfield (Hybrid)
Travel: Required across multiple sites in the UK & Ireland

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Innovate: Develop and maintain H&S and environmental management systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and PEFC/FSC.
- Drive Performance: Monitor SHE metrics, report on incidents, and champion continuous improvement.
- Shape Sustainability: Reduce environmental impact and manage EcoVadis submissions.
- Collaborate & Influence: Coordinate SHE meetings, train teams, and embed a culture of safety across all levels.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with legislation and ensure compliance across multiple sites.
What We’re Looking For
- NEBOSH Diploma (essential).
- Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and ISO standards.
- Experience implementing SHE systems in manufacturing or similar environments.
- Proven ability to influence and deliver measurable improvements.
